Welcome to THE COLD HOUSE, where sanctuary quickly becomes a psychological trap. Grace seeks refuge in an isolated cottage in the woods, a dwelling that lies mostly in deep shadow or darkness, desperate to hide after the sudden death of her husband. Her isolation becomes her fear as she senses she is not alone. Grace's isolation is shattered by the arrival of Wolfe, a mysterious man who claims he has been searching for her for a long time. He challenges Grace to embrace the ancient mysteries, forcing her to confront the idea that "Every man is a wolf to another man". The tension is palpable, the silence unsettling. Has this Wolfe been circling, watching her for years?
Please be advised: The Cold House contains depictions of violence and mature themes, including discussions of suicide and the death of a loved one.
